Why start with reading and math? In 2024, 40% of U.S. fourth-graders scored below NAEP Basic in reading, and 39% of eighth-graders scored below NAEP Basic in math. CirkaX is being built to use AI to understand a student’s needs and help match them with a tutor whose skills fit. From there, the human connection matters: a tutor who can explain, encourage, and adapt as the student learns.
