Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you join tutoring early access, we collect your email address, your optional name, whether you are seeking tutoring or interested in tutoring, and the time you gave consent. When you register interest in a future area, we collect your email, optional name, selected area, whether you might use or provide the service, and consent time. For prospective providers, we also collect whether you currently provide the service or are exploring it, the broad kind of support, your city and country, whether you could work remotely or in person, and an optional short description. We ask you to confirm that you are 18 or older. If you send an investor or partnership inquiry, we collect your name, email, inquiry type, message, and consent time. If you send a privacy request, we also collect your message. We do not ask for a student's personal details or health information.

How we use it

We use your details to contact you about CirkaX and the type of participation or future area you selected. We use inquiry and privacy request details to respond to your message. We may review counts of interest by area and role to help plan future services. We do not sell your information.

Where it is kept

OpenAI hosts this Site and its database for CirkaX. Hosting and processing may occur in locations where OpenAI and its providers operate. We share details with service providers as needed to run the Site, and when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep sign-ups and future interest records while useful for launch and planning, and review them as the product develops. We keep inquiries while needed to discuss and follow up on them. You can request removal at any time. Privacy requests are retained only as needed to handle them.
